Welcome to Food Experience, Sligo’s original craft butcher and food emporium. Visit our shop in the centre of Sligo and you will find highest quality locally sourced beef and lamb, excellent Irish pork and chicken, all butchered into easy to use ingredients for the family kitchen.
We also prepare fresh handmade meals in our premises above our shop for those days when you don’t have time to cook yourself but still want a delicious, all-natural, ‘heat and eat’ dish.
And if you work in Sligo and fancy a wholesome, handmade lunch to go, we offer gourmet sandwiches and freshly prepared salad plates. You can even pick up some locally baked bread or muffins, a bar of organic chocolate, or a bottle of wine to complete your dining experience.
